Andreas Kachrimanis was born in Patras.

A musician, composer, artist and poet who is not limited in forms and ideas he is presenting a rich musical and artistic work.

He studied at the National Conservatory, at the Philippos Nakas Conservatory and at the GIT of London. Since 1990 he is an active member of the European music scene, participating in various ensembles.

To this day he has a very important presence in the discography, while he writes music for theater and cinema. He also writes songs and has already four collections of poetry published.

He Creates contemporary works of art given through a variety of new and traditional media while searching, recording and designing unique soundscapes for art projects that have been exhibited in Greece and abroad.

His work combines different styles and idioms, covering a wide range of artistic creations.

In conjunction with his artistic work and the art of sound design, he undertakes music productions and he does recording, mixing and mastering.

For 20+ years he has been teaching electric guitar and acoustic guitar technique, improvisation techniques, music theory, ear training, sight reading, music notation and music technology. He has taught at university, conservatories, and music schools.
